As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of finished products, ensuring they are properly packaged, palletized, and loaded for transportation. Responsibilities
Perform basic order selection, picking, palletizing, and loading functions of the finished product orders.
Inspect trailers to ensure they meet company standards.
Decide proper load stacking and sequence following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
Verify product codes, lot numbers, and item counts.
Prepare accurate picking and loading records for transportation documents and customer receiving documents.
Maintain safe operation of transportation equipment, including locking and chocking trailers.
Ensure safe storage of products to prevent safety incidents.
Maintain order and cleanliness of storage areas to ensure product integrity and quality.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse and logistics environment is preferred.
Ability to operate material handling equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
