Job Description
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will perform tasks delegated by registered nurses, within your scope of practice, and provide safe, compassionate care to children and their families. Working across both in-house and community settings, you’ll assist in delivering high-quality services, ensuring that patients receive care that meets their needs. The role requires you to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. NISCC registration is required for this position.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities
Assist registered nurses in delivering care to patients
Provide safe, compassionate, and effective care in both in-house and community settings
Support children and their families throughout their care journey
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to the nursing team
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: Band 3 (£22,816 – £24,336 per annum, pro rata for part-time)
- Contract: 18.25 hours per week (permanent) with potential full-time, part-time, and bank
- roles available, including night duty rotation
