This Sales and Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our e-join the company marketing team. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel strong skills organizational multitasking skills professional personality Ability to work independently Ability to work independently and as part of team Ability to work independently and as part of a team in the measurements goods communication and interpersonal skills and other experiences sailing marketing administrative roles is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- The report in the Digital E-commerce and other online work Marketing Manager and dotted line
- optimization knowledge to the Country Manager (Malaysia)
- Daily duties report submission of all sales orders in online B2C sales and retail agent channels
- Assist the team with daily operations, including preparing and managing documentation
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and order packing guided by the manager
- Support inventory in the management and tracking
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing at the events
- Performing other tasks when required by the e-commerce and marketing
