Job Description
As a Labourer at Woodbine and Entertainment Grouping, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the smooth operation of horseracing events and other entertainment activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor maintenance and cleaning duties around the facility
- Assist with setting up and tearing down event elements
- Support groundskeeping efforts, including lawn care and landscaping
- Ensure that all equipment is used safely and maintained properly
- Respond to any maintenance requests from other departments
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred a jobs
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience per hour 55$
