Job Responsibilities
As an Electrical Service Technician, you will provide technical service and customer support for blow molding machinery. Your duties will include:
We are providing technical assistance to customers by repairing or replacing failed components.
I am installing retrofit parts and devices on blow molding equipment.
Training customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Conducting preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Assisting with the setup and commissioning of new machines.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintaining and detailed service records.
Traveling to customer sites as needed (up to 50% travel required).
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum Associate’s degree and equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; ideally, a technical degree in a relevant field from a four-year college.
- Experience: Minimum two to three years of experience in the blow molding or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Pay: $45 – $40.00 per hour.
- Expected Hours: No less than 40 hours per week.
