Key Responsibilities:
Transport & Inventory Management:
- Coordinate storage, distribution, and transportation of cargo.
- Monitor and control client inventory.
- Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Verify cargo details and receive transport orders.
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure service standards are met.
- Documentation:
- Process, issue, and distribute necessary documentation.
- Sales Support:
- Handle rate requests.
- Accounting & Administration:
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in warehousing and distribution systems
