Job Description
As a Wind Farm Site Supervisor, you will:
Monitor, manage, and report on wind farm performance in the USA.
Ensure compliance with safety standards for personnel, environment, and equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance and fault identification for wind turbines.
Supervise electrical and mechanical repair work, including high-voltage network tasks.
Coordinate with network companies and support other site supervisors across various locations.
Maintain records aligned with ISO standards (ISO 55001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, and ISO 9001).
Participate in on-call responsibilities for evenings and weekends.

Job Requirements
Education: Degree in Engineering or a strong trade background in the wind industry.Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of wind turbines (multi-platform, multi-OEM), with proven operational and technical expertise.
Skills: Supervision of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Familiarity with high-voltage networks.
Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office.
License: Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel.
